12 Mar MTN-Qhubeka edges ahead of Team Bonitas to claim maiden Cycle Tour victory

Reinardt Janse van Rensburg of Team MTN Qhubeka claimed his maiden Cape Argus Pick n Pay Cycle Tour victory in an exciting sprint finish today. Herman Fouche (Team Bonitas) improved on his third-place finish of last year by claiming second place, while Team Nu Water/CTM cyclist Jaco Venter came in third.

07 Mar Cycle Tour: Temporary road closures 10 and 11 March 2011

The Cape Peninsula will welcome some 35,000 cyclists when the 35th Cape Argus Pick n Pay Cycle Tour takes place this Sunday, 11 March. Participants and spectators are encouraged to use trains and other forms of public transport to get to the start area.

02 Mar Columbia Grape Escape feedback and results

After dominating the men’s team field on all three days of the 2012 Columbia Grape Escape, the Team Songo-Specialized duo of Burry Stander and Christoph Sauser claimed a resounding victory today. Second place went to the Team Bulls duo of Stefan Sahm and Karl Platt, while the other Team Bulls duo of Tim Böhme and Thomas Dietsch took third.

29 Feb Limited entries for MTB Challenge available at registration

Due to popular demand, riders wishing to take part in the Cape Argus Pick n Pay Mountain Bike Challenge will have one final opportunity to secure an entry for this year’s event taking place at Boschendal Wine Estate this weekend, 3^rd and 4^th March.
