HANDOUTS 2018

We’ve stepped up our communications and hand-outs in Gauteng, Cape Town, Eastern Cape, KZN, Polokwane and Free State in order to help create awareness among motorists. Please let us all obey the rules of the road, and show respect towards and be more tolerant of other road users.

Thanks to the Road Accident fund we were able to hand out bibs to the cycling commuters to be visible in the dark mornings of winter.

Stay Wider of the Rider is extremely fortunate to have Lions Pretoria South as a partner in Gauteng to assist with our reflective bib handouts. In July we handed out more than 250 bibs to commuting cyclists in the area some who cycle 60km one way to earn a living. Thank you to Tobias Ginsberg for the awesome pics he took of the handout.

BIB HANDOUT ZANDSPRUIT INFORMAL SETTLEMENT GAUTENG JULY 2018

Every year we hand out over 200 bibs to commuting cyclists going to work via Beyers Naude Drive in JHB. Thank you to Trevor Davies and the Ligadima Cycling Club for always being willing to assist us.

STICKER HANDOUTS TO MOTORISTS

We usually have a couple of sticker handouts every year to create awareness amongst drivers to give cyclists space when passing. We ask all supporters of our campaign to make use of the stickers on their vehicles. SPACE SAVES LIVES. should you wish to distribute stickers in your business send an email to liz@pedalpower.org.za
