Arrive at Cherry Glamping luxury tented accommodation in the Elgin Valley. Enjoy a light lunch and refreshments before setting off on an 18km ride with rolling hills and beautiful scenery as you make your way to the wine and appetizers water point stop at Paul Cluver. Even though we have wine at the waterpoint, you will still get a kick of excitement to make sure your skill is on par for the rest of the weekend with a fun pump track section to test your skills. On your way back to the camp you can expect a taste of what is yet to come for the weekend ahead.

Day 2 – Distance: 46 km | Elevation 840 m
Today we head into the technical but manicured cycle, the best of what Paul Clover has to offer, whereafter heading onto the Oak Valley Trails, presenting breathtaking views, including exploring one of the 16 hectares of greenhouses through the Oak Valley flower gardens. Furthermore, explore the undulating Elgin Valley, filled with vineyards, orchards, and pine forests. Nearing the end, you will be pleasantly greeted with a Texan-style smokehouse for lunch before finishing the last 3km back to the camp of the 46km ride.

You will have two water points at The Steampunk Railway Market. Be sure to pop in for a coffee on us before you head to the finish and end the day with a celebratory gourmet burger lunch with good wine, cold beer, and Gin.
