27 Sep 2018 CYCLING AWARENESS IN MOSSEL BAY
Heritage Day 24 September, the PPA Stay Wider of the Rider safe cycling campaign hosted an Awareness Ride starting from the Shell Garage in Voorbaai Mossel Bay. Close to 200 riders joined us showing their support for safer roads in the area. The cycling fraternity is growing in the area and Annemie Koen from Johnnie Koen Cycles in Mossel Bay took the initiative to contact us to host a ride. A huge thank you to her for her effort. The development cyclists from Eden Cycling Club also joined us. A huge thank you to Johannes Bischoff for allowing us to start the ride from his garage. Also, thank you to traffic and the municipality for assisting. To the 8 garages who assisted in creating awareness in the area, thank you for your participation.
