Application for Cape Town Cycle Tour Safe Cycling Start Groups 2020

As a PPA member, we would like to invite you to apply for the 2020 Stay Wider of the Rider safe cycling start groups at the Cape Town Cycle Tour.

Entries close Thursday, 6 Feb 15h00

We have been allocated 1200 spots for the 2020 Cape Town Cycle Tour starting at 7h45. All you have to do is apply online. Entries close at 15h00 on Thursday, 6 February 2020. Please note this is only an application process, you will receive a notification in the next two weeks stating if your application was successful or not.

So how do you qualify to be accepted in our start groups?

• You need to have entered the 2020 Cape Town  Cycle Tour
• You agree to ride the entire race in a safe cycling jersey

* Those selected will be chosen at random.

Kindly do not call the office if you have a query, send an email to zarah@pedalpower.org.za who will contact you to resolve any problems you might have.

*If you are accepted and seeded into the start group, you will not receive an individual Cycle Tour seeding/number.
*Please note we can unfortunately not guarantee that you will be accepted into one of the two safe cycling start groups that will leave at 7h45.
*There is no cost associated with this application but riders have to wear a safe cycling jersey which will be available at the Cape Town Cycle Tour Expo from Thursday, 5 March to Saturday, 7 March 2020
