04 May Discount for PPA members

Pedal Power members interested in cycle touring will receive a 12% discount for D-Tours’ up-market cycle tours to Blombos, Over the  Langeberg, the Sanbona Oxwagon Trail, the Namaqualand Trail or the Cederberg Bushmen’s Trail.

03 May WPCA Winter League Series

The 2011 WPCA winter league will feature a partnership of 15 events, starting on the 30th April 2011. The concept will be a series of events, that will feature three categories of racing: Premier, Second and Third. Each weekend, commencing on 30th April, until the Western Cape Championships on 12 June, will see a set format of racing, with the aim of getting “through winter”

03 May Cyclists wanted for sports massage study

A qualified Therapeutic Reflexologist and Holistic masseuse from Melkbosstrand is currently studying Sports Massage and in order to qualify, need to do 50 case studies. Sessions will be 90-120 minutes long and will include stretches. A minimal fee will be charged to cover some costs. Contact...
